So Much to Paint on the Waterfront!

Recently, some friends and I went down to the Bangor waterfront to paint. I thought it would be fun to sketch and paint the food trucks as well as the people! We also grabbed a bite to eat!

Places like this are fun because if you turn around, there is more inspiration, like this sailboat docked by the water.

Afterward, we went to a friend’s house who lives up the river a ways, and we got a completely different kind of view from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

I love leisurely summer days where I can hang out with friends and chat, and paint. I hope you make time for something like that, too!
